THE WORLD TOILET COLLEGE – INDIA
World Toilet College was launched in 2016 in Rishikesh in partnership with local partners Global Interfaith Wash Alliance (GIWA) and support of Reckitt Benckiser, one of the largest FMCG companies. In India, the college is aimed at driving behaviour change and improving sanitation facilities within the entire sanitation value chain. Through this, we have successfully piloted needs driven training programs in Uttarakhand state and have trained 5,000 people in last 3 years.

Our Courses Include: Toilet Building 101, Sanitation Ambassador Training, Community Led Total Sanitation, Student-Led Total Sanitation, Professional WiNS (WASH in Schools) Training, Capacity Development for Community Workers, Healthy Homes and Families, and Professional Restroom and Toilet Cleaning and Maintenance.
