World Toilet College was launched in 2016 in Rishikesh in partnership with local partners Global Interfaith Wash Alliance (GIWA) and support of Reckitt Benckiser, one of the largest FMCG companies. In India, the college is aimed at driving behaviour change and improving sanitation facilities within the entire sanitation value chain. Through this, we have successfully piloted needs driven training programs in Uttarakhand state and have trained 5,000 people in last 3 years.
